Service Description
BidBridge provides a contract matching and tracking service for small businesses using publicly available federal contract data from SAM.gov. BidBridge is not affiliated with the U.S. government and does not guarantee contract awards or bid success.
User Obligations
- You are responsible for verifying your eligibility before submitting bids
- You are responsible for completing SAM.gov registration independently
- You must not share account credentials with parties outside your organization
- You must maintain accurate business profile information
Subscription Terms
- Monthly subscriptions billed on signup date each month
- 7-day free trial; no charge if cancelled within trial period
- Annual subscriptions non-refundable after 30 days
- Plan changes take effect as stated on the pricing page
Limitation of Liability
BidBridge provides contract matching as a discovery tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of contract data (sourced from SAM.gov). We are not liable for missed deadlines, failed bids, or any commercial outcomes arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
